Production Time
Orders requiring custom molds or dies take 3 - 4 weeks. Other orders using stock designs take 1 - 2 weeks depending upon order quanity. Rush orders are available upon request.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is via UPS. Shipping takes one to three days. You may choose faster service when you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: If temperatures are above 80 degrees where chocolate is being shipped to, we will use insulated cartons to protect your order. There is an additional cost per carton of $15.00 added to your billing total. Custom Chocolate does not accept responsibility for damage that may occur to perishable products during transit nor are we able to ship chocolate items, during the summer months, UNLESS the item will be shipped overnight and is packaged in an insulated carton with ice packs. We ask that our clients arrange for deliveries to be made to a business location to make sure that the item will be received and placed in a heat protected area.
