Which credit cards do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is the lead time for orders?
Orders requiring custom molds or custom dies take 3 to 4 weeks. Other orders using stock designs take 1 to 2 weeks depending on quantity ordered. Rush orders are available with an extra charge.
What type of artwork is required for custom designs?
We like to use camera ready art when it is available, however, we can use letterheads, business cards or e-mails in a JPEG format. We can size the artwork.
What is the minimum order?
We have a $50 minimum order. Orders below minimum will incur a $10 service charge.
Can I have an order shipped to a PO Box?
We need a street address for UPS shipping.
How do you ship in warm weather?
We can ship any time of the year. During hot weather, we ship in insulated boxes with frozen ice packs. Overnight delivery is required when temperatures exceed 85 degrees. We ask that our clients arrange deliveries to be made to a business location to ensure that the order will be received and placed in a heat protected area. We are not responsible for orders left outside or undeliverable according to UPS standards.
How do I store my chocolates when I receive them?
Optimum storage temperature is 68-72° F or an air conditioned environment. Refrigeration is not recommended. Shelf life is 6 months on most chocolate products.
